1.  Outbound Sales & Operations

Position:   Sr Executive/ Team lead/Manager

Exp       :     2-10 yrs

Job Description: 

Understanding clients requirement and offering packages accordingly 
Preparing itineraries, costing, hotel booking and customization of international packages 
Well versed in selling outbound leisure holiday packages for Dubai, Sri lanka, Hongkong, Macau, Thailand, Malaysia and some famous destinations in US UK.
Offering flexible Tour Packages to meet the needs of different clients 
Achieving the assigned sales targets 
Responsible for ensuring that the tour is operated smoothly

Required Profile:

Graduate from a recognized travel and tourism institute. 
​Excellent knowledge of famous international destinations 
Excellent communication, convincing and selling skills 
Must have a ‘Go getter’ attitude 
Knowledge of travel industry and B2C domain desirable

2. Hotel Contracting

Position: Executive / Senior Executive/Manager​ 

Exp: 2-8 yrs

Job Description: 
Ability to identify potential hotels as per region allotted and customer requirement
Capable to do in depth research of hotels their rates
Maintaining and building good relationship with hotel sales team for getting good rates on flights and hotels.
Contracting for the best rate from the hotels and updating the hotel contracting data on travel software (TravelMint)
Coordinating/ negotiating rates with Hotels
Maintaining accurate records of holidays/travels
Mailers for new fares other information to the sales team
Email correspondence for queries received for the required rates / group fares
Performs any other duties or responsibilities that the management may assign from time to time


Required Profile: 

Graduate from a recognized university/college
Relevant Experience in hotel sales  contracting is desirable
Good knowledge and understanding of hotel contracts and fast uploading of the same on appropriate travel software(s)
Knowledge of travel industry and B2C domain essential
Well versed with MS Office tool
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess good networking skills

3.  Inbound Sales & Operations

Position:    Executive- Sr Executive

Exp       :     1-5 yrs

Job Description: 

Understanding clients requirement and offering packages accordingly 
Well versed in preparing itineraries, costing and customization of packages for famous Indian destinations including Golden Triangle, Kerala, Khajuraho and Goa to name a few.
Designing flexible Tour Packages to meet the needs of different clients 
Achieving the assigned sales targets 
Responsible for operating the tour smoothly

4. Content Writer

Position: Executive

Exp: 06 months-1 yr

Job Description: 

Create, develop and manage content focused on travel, culture worldwide, history of popular destinations, lifestyle, tourism industry and a variety of other subjects, technical and non-technical writing.
Write content (but not limited to) for online platforms such as websites, blogs, ads, training material, Social media, print media etc.
Edit content to ensure it meets the project standards for accuracy and style (checking spelling, grammar, coherence; imposing consistent style; resolving research)
Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference,

 

Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
To conduct periodic check of contents’ improvement, online research, generate content for various websites and write creative unique content, develop original content for various platforms.

 

Required Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
Skill in Social media handling shall be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office
