Jungle safari, elephant ride, watching animal sacrifice in temple together with virgin views of Himalayas is covered on this trip. Pokhara and Nagarkot are less visited tourist spot which on any clear day gives you a view of entire Himalayan range.
DAY 01: ARRIVE AT KATHMANDU & HALF-DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR
As you arrive at Kathmandu airport, you will be welcomed by our GeTS Holidays representative. And escorted to the hotel.
Afternoon, commence on a half-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square (a cultural centre built in pagoda style, outside the royal palace), Kumari Ghar (seat of the living Goddess in Kathmandu. The brick temple bears religious reliefs of Hindu and Buddhist deities) Kasthamandap, (one of the most famous shrines of Nepal, which houses Lord Gorkhanath in a three-storied pagoda) Tribhuwan Museum (exhibits artifacts used during the reign of King Tribhuvan who was famous for his valor) & other temples dotted inside Hanuman Dhoka area.
After visit, continue to Swoyambhunath stupa located at hilltop overlooking Kathmandu valley. Swoyambhunath stupa is also known as “Monkey temple” and is popular for view of Himalayas and entire valley floor.

DAY 02: DRIVE FROM KATHMANDU / CHITWAN (175 KMS/5.5 HRS)
Morning, drive along a scenic mountain highway to Chitwan. Upon arrival check-in at Jungle Lodge. After lunch, commence on a half-day Jungle activities such as Elephant back safari to see wildlife of Nepal.
The Chitwan National park is one of the finest national parks in Asia, and a World Heritage site since 1984. The park shelters some endangered species such as The Royal Bengal Tiger, One horned Rhinoceros, Leopard, Gaurs, as well as Sloth Bear.

DAY 03: CHITWAN
Commence on a full-day Jungle activities such as Canoe ride on Rapti river to see Crocodile & Water birds, Tharu village visit to see their lifestyle, Nature walk and Bird watching to explore more wildlife of Nepal.

DAY 04: DRIVE From CHITWAN TO POKHARA (145 KMS/4.5 HRS)
Morning, drive to Pokhara. Sparsely populated, this place is perfect for new bees! Pokhara valley to the west of Kathmandu, is the second biggest city of Nepal. An unplugged view of lofty peaks from Pokhara, with snow fed lakes, make it a tourist's favorite. Pokhara’s bewitching beauty has been the subject of many travel writers. With the magnificent Annapurna range forming the backdrop and the serenity of three major lakes – Phewa, Rupa and Begnas. Pokhara his valley is the most famous trekking starting gateway for world famous trekking areas such as to Fishtail, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri area.

DAY 05: EXCURSION TO SARAGNKOT & POKHARA CITY
Early morning, excursion to Sarangkot to see sunrise over Mt. Annapurna, Dulagiri massif & Mt. Fishtail (escorted by driver). Return to hotel for breakfast.
Later commence on a half-day Pokhara city tour which includes Bindavashini temple, Seti Gorge, Devis fall & Gupteshowr Mahadev cave.

DAY 06: DRIVE BACK TO KATHMANDU
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu retracing the same highway. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is free.

DAY 07: HALF-DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR & DEPARTURE TRANSFER
Morning, visit the temple of Pashupatinath Temple
Pashupatinath Temple: The most important Hindu Shrine in Nepal dedicated to Lord Shiva, on the banks of Bagmati River. The temple is shaped like a pagoda with a gold-plated roof, four silver doors, and wood carvings. Raised platforms on the banks of Bagmati are cremation sites for Hindus. Only Hindus are allowed inside the Pashupatinath courtyard.
Next, Boudhanath Stupa (or Bodnath Stupa): One of the largest stupas in the world, most important and largest Buddhist shrine in Nepal. It is a World Heritage Site.
This Stupa, set in a pattern of a "Mandala" is encircled by houses and monasteries where Buddhist monks reside. Around the base is a ring of 108 images of the Buddha and 147 insets containing prayer wheels.
You'll be taken to Kathmandu airport on time to for an outbound flight.
