Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair
After arriving at Port Blair in the morning by flight/ship, our representative will welcome and guide you to the respective hotel.Post lunch, visit the Corbyn’s Cove Beach - 9kms from Port Blair - a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking and bathing. Then proceed for a leisurely cruise (Harbour Cruise) in a steamer along the Port Blair Harbour to Viper Island. The gallows atop a hillock here give a spectacular view of the surroundings.
Day 2: Port Blair – Coral Island + Ross Island – Port Blair
Set out for a full-day excursion after breakfast by public ferry to North Bay (Coral Island), withcoral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fishes and other marine life. Optional Activities - snorkeling, glass bottom boat ride, swimming, trekking. Next halt is Ross Island - the Britishers governed the entire Andaman and Nicobar Islands, prior to India’s Independence. This island is an ideal destination for nature walk amid sylvan surroundings with deer, peacock and rare birdies.
Day 3: Port Blair – Havelock
Early morning departure by luxury ferry to Havelock Island (57kms from Port Blair by sea) + Visit to Radhanagar Beach at Havelock Island + Stay overnight at a comfortable beach resort.
Day 4: Havelock – Port Blair
Check out from the hotel in the morning, keep your luggage in the hotel cloak room and visit KalaPathar Beach. Collect your luggage on return. After lunch proceed to harbour for return ferry from Havelock Island. Proceed to the hotel once you reach Port Blair.
After breakfast, start for a full-day tour of places around Port Blair. The tour includes Cellular Jail, Saw Mill (one of the oldest and largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Mini Zoo, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika), Andaman Water Sports Complex (for water & adventure sports like water-skiing, boats, water scooters, tube rides) and the Cottage Industries Emporium (Sagarika) - for shopping & souvenirs. In the evening, attend the light and sound show - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.
Day 6: Port Blair – Red Skin / Jolly Buoy Island - Port Blair
After breakfast proceed to Jolly Buoy Island / Red skin Island whichever is operational + Evening return back to Port Blair.
Red Skin / Jolly Buoy Island island boasts of rich marine life and coral reefs. Glass bottom boats help to explore the underwater coral life. Surrounding this island are many other small islands with thick forest cover. Snorkeling and scuba diving is extremely popular here. Both islands are open to tourists for six months alternatively.
Day 7: Port Blair
After breakfast, proceed to Mount Harriet — the highest peak od south Andaman. Located on the other side of Ross Island, Mount Harriet provides you a majestic view of Port Blair. The summer headquarters of the Chief Commissioner during British Raj, this place is an ideal for a nice and fascinating over view of the outer islands and the sea.
Day 8: Depart Port Blair
Back to to Airport/Harbour for return flight/voyage.
